Habitat 7 contains the proceedings of a symposium attended by over 70 European otter biologists on 5 and 6 September 1992. The book contains 35 articles : 30 in German with English abstracts, and five in English. The articles deal with a variety of subjects involving otter conservation In Germany, surveys, habitat rehabilitation, monitoring, reintroductions, and plans for the future.
