Celebrated from July 3rd to 8th, 2016, in Singapore; the 13th International Otter Congress aimed at Asian otter biologists and others in fields of expertise that include: Asian OSG members, Asian otter researchers or want-to-be students, experts in the fields of community outreach programs, Asian biodiversity loss, animal trade, field techniques including GPS and camera trapping, and park rangers. We drafted a manifesto to highlight the wetland loss in Asia, using the otter as a symbol of healthy wetland ecosystems.
