* List of high-income economies, classification based on World Bank2018 data, according to the Delegate’s country of affiliation. For example, a Chinese studying or working in a US-based Organization will be categorized as “High Income Countries” Delegate, while an American based in China will be categorized as “Other Countries” Delegate.

 

Registration is concluded.

The registration fee include admission to Congress Venue, welcome bag, admission to Open and Closing Ceremony, Congress Gala, Banquet, all meals and coffee breaks, one Congress field trip in Tangjiahe, and transportations between Tangjiahe and Chengdu Shuangliu international airport. 

 

TANGJIAHE HOTEL BOOKING 

For practical reasons, all registered delegates need to stay at the Venue in Tangjiahe, please check the Accommodation page for room options and book on the registration form. 

 

ACCOMPANYING PERSON  

Accompanying person must be registered separately online, and subject to availability of rooms and transportation. The cost will be 100 USD per person, which will include transportation between Tangjiahe and Chengdu Shuangliu international airport and all meals.

 

Payment 

All payment will be charged in USD. 

Payment or proof of payment must be made in order to complete registration. Please follow the email with your registration number for payment details. The registration number is also required in the “Check My Registration” tab of the registration system to review your payment and other information.

Please note that all related bank charges, financial charges or credit card handling fee are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net registration fee payable to the Congress. 

 

Chinese delegates can complete payment by Alipay and WeChat Pay or Bank Transfer in CNY at the prevalent exchange rate. 

Official invoice and receipt will be provided only upon request. 

 

Confirmation 

Registration will only be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT and CONFIRMED VALIDATION. 

Please bring along a printed copy of the email confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your delegate badge on the first day (actual time and date will be informed in due course by email). 

 

Cancellation 

Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the by email:

Any cancellation received on or before 1 Feb 2019 will be charged a handling fee of USD100. The balance of the registration fees will be refunded after deducting other related fees and charges incurred in connection with such refunds, including cost of foreign exchange conversions, Credit Card cancellation and/or banking transaction. 

Paid registration fee is not refundable after 1 Feb 2019 for whatever reasons including failure of obtaining VISA. 

No refunds will be issued for no-shows. 

All refunds will be made in USD or CNY at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. 

Refund for cancellation will be made within three months after the Congress. 

 

Liability / Insurance 

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance and medical insurance prior to the Congress. 

The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the Congress itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Congress Organizing Committee accepts no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates, nor can the Committee take responsibility for injury or damage to property or persons occurring during the Congress or associated activities, such as the post-Congress tours. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
